Update config.xml with ansible

This line, rootDN>OU="System Admins",OU="Privileged Accounts"</rootDN is reported as rootDN>OU=&quotSystem Admins&quot,OU=&quotPrivileged Accounts&quot</rootDN

Once the line updated with ansible result is as expected, But after updating file with ansible, and restart jenkins the issue comes here asrootDN>OU=&quotSystem Admins&quot,OU=&quotPrivileged Accounts&quot</rootDN

So, please help me to resolve this one..
